Michael Sweeney is a lifelong political follower from Chicago (with a pronounced Liberal / Progressive bent) AND a since-Ernie-Billy-Fergie-and-Ronnie devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs.
Michael is The Stonecipher Report's official Political Director, and regularly covers national issues, Illinois state politics, and Chicago city politics (and all of the personalities involved at all of those levels) for us here, usually multiple times per week. He also co-hosts The Stonecipher Report's radio show (on WHPK-FM, 88.5 in Chicago and online at http://www.whpk.org/) with the site's chief honcho Tyler Rippeteau on alternating Monday afternoons (from 3 to 4 PM, Chicago time).
