Ah, the middle of summer – time for tasty double-dips and all-day doubleheaders…and, this week, it’ll also be time for a special double "two-fer" of The Stonecipher Report radio show. We will be broadcasting over the air as well as via the Internet, live this Monday, July 13, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM Chicago time (in a fill-in role) on WHPK-FM…and then we will also be on in our "regular" (this week) Tuesday time slot, on July 14 from 3:00 to 4:00 PM. You can tune us in locally (on Chicago’s South Side) at 88.5 FM…and, of course, you can also hear us online at WHPK.org, streaming live by just clicking the "Listen" tab or the "We are STREAMING" window on the station's website.
I will run the show (and pick the music – so, listen for some Robyn Hitchcock, Big Star, Brazilian jazz, and Radiohead) on Monday – and Tyler will be in charge on Tuesday…and we’ll be covering the latest in the national (Cheney / CIA, Sotomayor hearings, etc.) and local (Madigan out of the Senate and Governor races, Burris fading away) political stories, as well as a bunch of other interesting subjects…so, please tune us in if you can – twice this week!
